La Nouvelle Etoile

La Nouvelle Etoile is wheel-chair accessible and all cabins come with high-tech services including individually controlled air conditioning, wireless internet and satellite TV.

While you relax and cruise through Europe’s small waterways, enjoy carefully selected and prepared meals. Regional specialties on the menu include Medallions of Veal with Girolles and Truffle Sauce, Breast of Duck with a Passion Fruit Glace and Crepes Suzette with Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream. Lunch and dinner are served with an extensive wine menu, and the ship has an open bar. Complimenting local cuisines and wines, the cheese board includes Munster, Brie de Meaux, Fourme d'Ambert and Chaource.
